| The International Institute of the Bay Area is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of services to immigrant communities in San Francisco, Alameda, and San Mateo counties. IIBA was formed in June of 2007 when the International Institute of San Francisco merged with the International Institute of the East Bay. As a result of the merger, IIBA is now a stronger organization with a regional approach to current challenges facing immigrant communities.
